What happens if I don’t add shipping protection to my purchase?

Though we ensure everything is covered on our end, we can’t guarantee seamless delivery from our postage partners. If you elect not to add our shipping protection, we’re unable to cover any errors made once it leaves our care, or theft and damage that occurs during delivery.

Our shipping protection covers your order from the moment you place it to the moment you receive it. We protect your item at every stage of delivery to ensure you receive it safely. 

How quickly do you ship out pieces?

We aim to ship our ready-to-order pieces within 1 business day of order placement. For customised pieces, we aim to ship them within seven business days. 

What happens if my package gets lost?

If you elected shipping protection, we cover any packages lost in transit and replace them for you free of charge.
