Tennis Anklet
Looking to up your style game? Tennis anklets are your new go-to!
When we say 'tennis anklet', it doesn't necessarily mean an anklet designed to be worn during a game of tennis - but don't let us stop you.
Tennis jewellery, whether it be an anklet, ring, etc, is characterised by a single line of gemstones, most commonly diamonds.
The design got its name from an incident during a tennis match when the game had to be halted for one of the opponents to find her bracelet.
Fortunately, she did, and the diamond bracelet she was trying so hard to find was called the 'tennis bracelet'
Anklets are definitely coming back into fashion, or maybe they never really left? Either way, there are lots of things to love about them.
Aside from aesthetics, people say anklets help blood circulation and reduce inflammation. Whether you play a lot of tennis or not, your health is always important.
So, harness the power of a tennis anklet by checking out our Tennis Link Chain Anklet.

Absolutely! With a bit of planning, it is an ideal stylish combination.
Tennis shoes are practical and designed for purpose more than anything, so adding an anklet - particularly a tennis anklet, is a match made in heaven.
Having a silver or white gold bracelet peaking over the top of a tennis shoe makes the outfit look effortlessly put together. Or, if you want to add a splash of personality to your shoe, a tennis anklet with a colourful stone or engraved details is perfect.
Before you go out into the world and buy your first tennis anklet, consider the style and fit of your tennis shoes such as the colour or height.
The limit is your imagination (and possibly your budget).
With a luxurious, delicate signature, tennis jewellery can go with a lot of things. You can dress them up or down and even stack them with other bracelets to create a layering effect.
Other favourites to pair with a tennis bracelet are a watch or another piece of tennis jewellery like a ring, specifically our Tennis Eternity Saphire Ring.
Remember quality over quantity when adding to your outfit. Experiment with different materials like silver or gold, and you'll find a winning combination.
The wrong size or placement of an anklet makes it get annoying pretty fast, and even dangerous.
Wear it on your ankle you place it up to what you find most comfortable. Typically, anklets lay slightly below the ankle bone, particularly if it's a loose fit.
For a tight-fit tennis anklet, we recommend you wear it above the ankle bone. Throughout the day, your ankle will naturally move around a lot, and paired with shoes or socks, it could make the tennis anklet snap.
Of course it can!
If you would rather wear you tennis anklet on your wrist, there's no reason why you can't - other than it not fitting correctly, but we are here to help.
Note that it's likely your ankle will be thicker than your wrist, so you may have to get the clasp adjusted or wrap it around twice.
To get the right length measurement, for a tennis anklet, take a tape measure, string, or ruler and measure where you want the anklet to sit.
If you want a tight anklet, measure above the ankle bone, and vice versa. Mark the circumference and add an extra quarter inch to ensure a comfortable size.
In fact, we encourage it.
Why deny yourself a fashionable new addition to your outfit? A tennis anklet, and all anklets for that matter are for everyone, it's simply up to personal style of who wears them.
Anklets can be very traditionally feminine that sparkle in white gold or silver, but there are masculine options out there too.
Beaded anklets are a popular choice among men. They usually sit loose below the ankle bone, a casual way to complete any look.
