Additionally, your zodiac sign or birthstone can add a personal touch too.

We offer rapid shipping times, and for personalised jewellery, it is no different. If you're choosing a necklace option with no engraving, then our processing time is one business day. However, if you would like a personalised engraving on your jewellery piece, then you will need to allow 3 - 5 business days for our jewellers to get your piece ready.

We ship worldwide, so delivery times can vary depending on where we're shipping to. For domestic orders, standard shipping is between three and seven days. Express shipping is between two and four days.

For most pieces, we engrave letters, numbers, special characters, and accents. Each piece has a different character limit which is available in the product description. On most product pages, you will also find a list of characters that you can add to the design.

At present, we simply ask that you type out your request for engravings on the product page. This, unfortunately, means you won't get a preview of your design. However, we do offer lots of inspiration on each product page so that you can get a good idea of the kind of look you will get from your piece.

For specific requests, you can also do your own image-based research to find ideas and ensure that the engraving looks good on jewellery before requesting it from us!

It is important to note that some gemstones should not be exposed to water, like pearls, opals, and emeralds. You will also find that costume jewellery cannot sustain long periods in water and should be wiped with a soft, damp cloth.

While we allow exchanges and returns for most of our jewellery, we cannot permit exchanges for personalised engraved necklaces. This is because any engravings or personalisation have been created specifically for you.
