There are a few ways that you can purchase personalised jewellery from us. Firstly, you can try one of our letter, birthstone, zodiac or fingerprint necklaces. A letter is personalised to your choice, and with fingerprint jewellery, you can have the fingerprint of a loved one added to your pendant. Additionally, your zodiac sign or birthstone can add a personal touch too.

We also offer engravings on our necklaces, which can be personalised. Some great choices for personalised engravings include special dates, like an anniversary or birthday, a signature, or even simply a name. Personalised necklaces make a great gift, especially with an added engraving.

What materials are custom necklaces available at Camile & Stone?

As with all of the high-quality jewellery we offer at Camile & Stone, we only ever use premium materials. Metal options for our personalised necklaces include sterling silver, gold vermeil, solid gold (14k and 18k), rose gold styles, and more.

We also include a range of gemstone jewellery. This means we have diamond options and moissanite options for those who want to exude elegance but might not have the budget for diamonds!

How long does it take to receive a personalised necklace from Camile & Stone?

We offer rapid shipping times, and for personalised jewellery, it is no different. If you're choosing a necklace option with no engraving, then our processing time is one business day. However, if you would like a personalised engraving on your jewellery piece, then you will need to allow 3 - 5 business days for our jewellers to get your piece ready.

We ship worldwide, so delivery times can vary depending on where we're shipping to. For domestic orders, standard shipping is between three and seven days. Express shipping is between two and four days.

Can I include special characters or symbols in the personalisation?

For most pieces, we engrave letters, numbers, special characters, and accents. Each piece has a different character limit which is available in the product description. On most product pages, you will also find a list of characters that you can add to the design.

Can I preview the design of a custom necklace before ordering?

At present, we simply ask that you type out your request for engravings on the product page. This, unfortunately, means you won't get a preview of your design. However, we do offer lots of inspiration on each product page so that you can get a good idea of the kind of look you will get from your piece.

If you have something special in mind for your engraving necklace and want to make sure it fits or looks okay, then reach out to our team. We'll do as much as we can to make sure that your personalised piece looks great and is exactly what you had in mind.

For specific requests, you can also do your own image-based research to find ideas and ensure that the engraving looks good on jewellery before requesting it from us!

How to take care of my personalised necklace?

Taking care of a custom necklace is exactly like taking care of all your other jewellery. You should follow these few steps to keep your chain, pendants, bracelets, and any other pieces in good shape.

1. Using warm water and mild soap, soak the jewellery.
2. Use a soft toothbrush to scrub any crevices, settings, or gemstones gently.
3. Rinse under warm water and then pat dry.

It is important to note that some gemstones should not be exposed to water, like pearls, opals, and emeralds. You will also find that costume jewellery cannot sustain long periods in water and should be wiped with a soft, damp cloth.

Is there a return or exchange policy for personalised necklaces?

While we allow exchanges and returns for most of our jewellery, we cannot permit exchanges for personalised engraved necklaces. This is because any engravings or personalisation have been created specifically for you.

• Check and re-check that all parts of your engraving are spelled correctly, and look how you want them to.
